Very poor communication. Ordered online for collection in store. Arrived to collect and I was told it was not ready. I was advised that it would be done asap and they would contact me when ready. A week later – nothing. Tried ringing, no answer. Kids should have started back at school today and there is no uniform for them. Good job its an inset day. Tried ringing continually for 30 minutes and nobody picks up. Poor service reflects the cheap price of goods. I certainly wont be buying from here again… go back to uniforms 2 go anyday!!
