It's a decent shop for doing your laundry yourself. Staff is usually friendly and fair pricing normally. Service washes tend to cause more problems, because:
-They put small washes in the biggest washing machines at extra cost
-Everything is put in the dryer afterwards, also when you say some pieces can't go in there
-If you bring a nice shopping bag, your clothes might be returned to you in a garbage bag

I would recommend Singular for doing your own laundry, but not for service washes.

I was quite impressed with the place. It was easy to find, very clean and the staff was super helpful! They also handle your clothes for you if you are willing to pay an extra £2.00, so you can always collect your stuff after dropping them off!
