We as a business have had the worst experience with such dreadful customer care. We had a washing machine and tumble dryer delivered last June '17' and have had nothing but a headache ever since. The customer care was absolutely shocking and so rude! We're now having to pay Mag almost £200 per month for 5 years and yet have to take our washing home as our machines don't work adequately and quite frankly this company doesnt give a damm! I'd like to point out that we are a therapy centre who depends on ample clean, dry towels day in day out and without home facilities this would be impossible. Extremely upset and disappointed and most definitely would never recommend.

The best equipment and always a friendly service I’ve used MAG for many years and recommended them to many other laundry companies - five stars for machines, installs and customer service
