Words can’t express my gratitude to Sarah for the exceptional service and empathy she has so willingly given from the very first time I contacted her after my beloved husband’s death. She came highly recommended by a friend and now I know why. Both myself and my family have been supported by her throughout, in a way that we would never have been given by a mainstream Funeral Directors. From the very start, she made us feel like friends, not customers! Nothing was too much trouble and her personal touches helped so much during the whole process. She laughed with us, she cried with us and she listened tentatively to everything we wanted for our loved one. On the day of the funeral, her professionalism was second to none but she also continued to comfort and support me throughout, as did her team of staff. The service itself came from her heart and was performed with dignity, respect and empathy. I will be forever grateful to her for giving my husband such a wonderful send off. Family members and friends who had not had the pleasure of meeting her beforehand were amazed at the way in which she had conducted the service and how her bubbly personality shone through, many commenting that it was the best funeral they had ever attended. Sarah…I will never be able to thank you enough for helping make such a terrible time in my life more bearable and it has given me great comfort knowing that my John would have been more than happy with his sad but special day. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely lady and Sincerity Funerals to anyone who is looking for a compassionate but professional service along with that special personal touch.

After losing one of my most precious daughters and feeling bereft and lost, you would need to find the best aftercare possible. My amazing daughter herself found the answer in Sarah and her very professional team. This turned out to be an absolutely incredible choice . She contacted Sarah herself to start making funeral arrangements and from that moment on Sarah delivered in every aspect. Her attention to detail is second to none, with a compassionate and caring nature shining through, reaching everyone. Every question or request was never a problem - nothing was too much trouble. You don't feel like you enter into a formal business contract but rather, Sarah helps you to feel like an instant friend at a time when you need one most. On the day, Sarah conducted the service so professionally in a dignified manner, I could not have chosen a more suitable person to say our final goodbyes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - I am forever grateful.

The absolutely wonderful, caring & personal service we received from Sarah & her team at Sincerity was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. In a time of great pain she was a shining light guiding us through a difficult time.

Thank you Sarah for all you've done for Nan and the support you've given the family at such a heartbreaking time! We can't thank you enough for your sincere kindness and empathy in getting us through and accepting the loss of Nan who mean't so much to us all! At such an emotionally draining time, the arrangements from beginning to end all went perfectly, thanks to your support and exceptional customer service. We had peace of mind knowing Nan was in safe hands and although in death you ensured her wishes were honored - the funeral was perfect and Nan would have been proud! A big thank you from us all.

Thank you Sarah for helping us through a difficult time organising a funeral for my great aunt. You showed the family dignity and respect,nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend you the service you provide is personal and the family requests were taken into account which meant a lot at this difficult time Thank you once again. You deserve to do well as you are an honest genuine person with a big heart .
