We were honest about our situation the day my mom died and they told me not to worry they can sort the funeral to our financial needs 
3 weeks they had mom and when we went to see them it was one big con they couldn't accommodate and I had to find another funeral directors not only did these new funeral directors help  but took all my worries away by helping me afford the funeral to my budget which was nearly 2000.00 cheaper than them and in the  process fw Collins they  charged me 250.00 for keeping my mom shame on you bit of discretion and honesty would have saved me a lot of heart ache 😪And extra money
