I was recommended by my friend to here. The servicing agent Joanne is very good. She is very detailed and explain the signing of the LPA clearly. I really appreciate her suggestion too.
Quick and simple process. Wanted to get a will done formally, prices are comparable to other law firms for will writing. Some aspects are DIY though, like Schedule of Assets and Funeral Arrangements. They were very helpful in referring the client to relevant personnel for these DIY parts. They followed up on certain questions I had, even after service. Note: Only PayNow available, no credit cards
I was recommended by my financial consultant to Simply Wills. Our lawyer Sally gave a good explanation and suggestions to our will planning. She was very clear in the explanation of the will. Joanne Pang who assisted in LPA was also very approachable and friendly. She gave clear explanation about the LPA. We had our 2 small children with us and the rest of staff were very kind to keep the little ones entertained and made sure they were well taken care of while we were signing the will. They have great service, staff are friendly and approachable. I have good experience with Simply Will and i will definitely recommend anyone to Simply Wills.
Not much privacy. Room was used as storage for bottled water. Instead of asking the delivery guy to wait outside, he was allowed to enter the room midway through session without asking our permission and proceeded to off load more than 10 boxes of bottled water in the room. Staff walking us through the process was knowledgeable.

She was clear in the explanation of the will. Joanne Pang who assisted in LPA was very patient, approachable and friendly. She took great care to explain the LPA.
