I have used Goughs to create my Will and most recently for conveyancing of the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property. Both were handled efficiently, sensitively and with warmth. I would recommend this solicitor most highly.

We found Nadine Cook to be most efficient, professional and extremely helpful. We have used Nadine on 3 occasions and each time have been more than satisfied.
I filled in their online form stating the nature of my enquiry and gave contact information, no response or acknowledgement. After a week I rang the Corsham office stating that I had filled in their online form. Receptionist had no knowledge of my enquiry and so I went through the whole preamble again. Receptionist said she would contact the Chippenham branch. I awaited a reply, even a response to say they were unable to help would have been the right thing to do, but nothing, no response whatsoever. No doubt there are good members of staff within the firm but as a way to treat enquirers, some of whom presumably become clients and pay your wages, my experience has been dreadful. It goes without saying I would never use you. The one star I have to leave, as I cannot leave 0, has to go to the receptionist at Corsham branch for answering the phone. I have now received a call back and the conversation was helpful and informative. I thank that member of staff. The response time issue needs addressing. People don't usually contact solicitors unless it's important and so it matters. I've increased my rating to three stars.
