I love Armadillo! Every time I want something thoughtful and a little bit different, it's my go-to place. The stock is fantastic and ethically sourced so it's always win win The owner is so helpful and obliging and always lovely to talk to. I can't recommend this great shop highly enough

I love this shop! Always has a great range of reasonably priced fair trade goods,greetings cards, yarns, rugs, beads and fixings and lovely things for children's xmas stockings and birthdays. The owner is very helpful with making jewellery and will order in stock for you. Please go there and check it out it, o guarantee you'll buy something lovely!!
Absolute hidden gem, the owner is a lovely lady who really cares about her products, which are ethically sourced and very beautifully crafted. A must visit for knitting/crafts or small gifts :
Armadillo is a Kings Heath, Birmingham institution. A city treasure of a shop. Step inside and Su has created an Aladdin's cave of craft and fairtrade gems. I struggle not to buy a dozen items every time i visit so generally I do haha! The selection of cards is the most unique i've seen in any shop, everything is fairly priced and i feel I'm doing good because Su's retail ethics and quality is so high standard. Make it an intention to stop in, Armadillo is not just a shop, it's a Brum experience!
Fab place for gifts and art and craft supplies! Helpful lady runs the place and she's always happy to share tips. Beads, jewellery​ bits and bobs including some small tools, fimo, knitting stuff, books on crafts, dyes, buttons and loads more
