Absolutely disgusting. Send stale bread, undercooked chips. Onion rings dripping in oil.tontje point the wrapper was wet through with grease. Scared to eat the battered sausages as they were over cooked and stale on the outside and we'll undercooked in the middle. Do not waste.your money eating from here.
This tiny little shop was a great find! The fish was very fresh and cooked well. Only complaint is about the chips - kind of limp and didn’t taste super fresh.
Excellent food. Girlfriend ordered goujon meal I had fish and chips. Both cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and accommodating asked us to sit at any free table then brought our food to us with all cutlery and sauces. Fantastic location attached to St George's Market Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to have a very flat floor with wide doors +1 for me
Really nice chippy with good lunch options. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Going at lunch we usually call ahead as there can sometimes be a wait if its busy nothing major though. Cod bites are lovely and recommened! Great curry and sweet curry but gravy is a bit watery.
The fish was probably the nicest battered fish I have ever had batter was lovely and crispy really friendly staff ordered me a taxi when I asked for directions will definitely be returning next time I'm in Belfast

Around 3:45 today I went into this fish & chip shopmy second ever visit. Had planned to buy a fish supper. I was the only customer in the shop at this time. I had noticed one female employee outside smoking, and there was one male staff member behind the counterbiggish lad, tanned skin, bald who seemed fixated on his mobile phone. After being stood there for almost a minute without so much as an acknowledgement from him, I purposely did a small cough, assuming this might raise his attention? Sadly it didn't - and even with the internal access door through to the market slamming in the wind..our friend's concentration on his phone did not waver. So after being ignored for almost 2 minutes, I assumed my business was not required from this establishment, so exited. After leaving I politely mentioned my dissatisfaction to the middle aged female who was still outside smoking, but sadly her attitude left a lot to be desired..she simple couldn't care less!! My previous visit to this same place around a month previous, I'd found the food & prices good, but the staff noticeably mediocre..now it all makes sense. I have rated here as , only because during my initial visit, I was happy enough with the said food & prices.. otherwise it would have been a very poor one star! MR BOSS MAN - TIME TO CHECK THE OL' CCTV, & GET THE WOODEN SPOON OUT
Nice food. Had a couple of meals from there, nice chips every time I went and the Popping chicken is one I will have again if I get a chance to go back.
Great lunch deal - fresh, hot proper “chip shop” chips and fresh battered fish and a drink for £6. Very happy!
Amazing friendly staff. Lowest prices in Belfast when I'm in Belfast I pop in on my way back to train, usually just order a chip Today I ordered a 'small' taco chip twas massive when I seen the price I assumed it was going to be a few chips and a wee taco dip. No, LOADS of chips AND gorgeous chilli mince I'm normally vegetarian but scoffing this sauce, cheese and a bunch of massive smiles behind the counter. Whilst waiting I seen one of the girls serve up a fish and chip to a 'Sit in' customer, looked amazing. Definitely sitting in on my next visit. 10/10
