I passed by this place several times and it was always packed. Even trying to book online showed no vacancies until next week. Finally, I simply went in for a late lunch and waited 15 minutes for a table. The food and the atmosphere do not disappoint. The seafood is fresh and in between courses they give small treats. A very enjoyable experience.
This is known as the restaurant that inspired Julia Child to become a chef of French cuisine. It was a magical experience. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We all also felt that the prices were very reasonable. The name of the restaurant means the pigs feet.
Place to discover absolutely if you love seafood. The restaurant is huge and has welcomed great celebrities. Food is awesome, staff very kind and pro. The antique design frame the place in a different period. Try to reserve in advance as you may be waiting a long time in the queue before getting a table
Very lovely Parisian restaurang that opens 24 hours, definitely attracted a diverse and interesting crowd when you visit at 3 am. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The atmosphere was very French, and it felt cozy. The food was very plain and lacked much flavor. It is the most expensive, disappointing meal I have had in Paris in the last four years. Even the bread served at the table was not that great. One visit was more than enough. I’m glad we came. But it’s not worth a return visit.
It's great at 3am. The french onion soup was good but not the best I've had. Beef tartare was a bit disappointing and quite watery. It's a 24hr diner so limited options in early morning hours. Not sure I'd come for a regular dinner. Service was good even though it was very busy.
The food was really good, even though it was too much for 1 person like me. They have recommended food with red color in the menu. You need to try their signature food = pig’s trotter. Maybe you can share with your friend.
Love This Restaurant! Great food, 10/10 staff, and an atmosphere perfect for making memories. Every time in Paris I have to eat here and recommend it to all my friends. The bernaise sauce is always done to perfection!
To be honest, food was ok not good not bad. Place felt like a tourist trap but to my surprise it was filled with locals inside. Service was very fast good but a bit harsh French service?. Went there looking for transitional onion soup. Was good but not the best. Would probably not return but if you’re looking for a fast place to eat for a moderate price this restaurant does the trick
One of the best, if not the best restaurant I have visited in a while. The reception is very kind and tries to keep everything perfect. The restaurant was filled with french people, which was a reason I have decided to go there as well. They serve a lot of dishes and also traditional french dishes. I have ordered the "Pied De Cochon", which the restaurant is name after and it was delicious. I would recommend to order a side of fries, but either way, it will fully saturate you. As an entree, I have ordered their speciality, it’s a mix of escargots, pork and mushrooms. The prices are very reasonable and the cocktails/juices are very delicious.
