Thanks to Dr Desai. I am very happy with the work done on my teeth. Professional, clam and make you feel relax and confident in what she is doing. Since visting the practice I have seen a big improvement in my teeth. Eating better and no pain. The receptionist are warm and welcoming.  Keep up the good job simply bright.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and apologised for the dentist running late BUT I had a broken tooth that needed removing and it was the most painful and horrific experience I've ever had, ok so the dentist said it may be difficult to remove but she seemed confident so I presumed she knew what she was doing and let her procede, I feared the worst when she administered the numbing injections as gentle was not a word that springs to mind, the 3rd one I nearly jumped out of the seat!
The whole experience was very bad indeed and she eventually gave up and said she would have to refer me to the local hospital to have it removed, gave me a prescription for Amoxycillin antibiotics and that was it, the only care instructions were to take constant regular doses of 2 different painkillers.
Not particularly friendly and not caring at all. Would not go there again.

Simply Fantastic!! Over the last month or so I have attended the clinic for a Bridge replacement and can honestly say that the whole experience was excellent from the warm, professional welcome on reception, to the superb, high quality, professional job that was done on the removal of the old Bridge, the instant fitting of a temporary replacement and the final fitting of the new bridge. I have never been made to feel more calm and relaxed in a dental chair and thoroughly recommend this clinic to everyone. A truly first class experience.

I was recommended to Simply Bright a few years back and the difference I have received in treatment from my previous dentist has been superb. Great care from my dentist and also fully informed of any changes, treatment every time I attend. I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Bright and their new premises are superb and the staff always friendly and helpful

My 3year old daughter had a terrible accident resulting in her two front teeth fracturing with alot of blood.  We called our dentist who she is registered at. (figgs marsh dental practice)  who refused to take her on after speaking to a paramedic who was called to the house from a 111 call who stressed that she needed to be seen to TODAY.  Figges marsh practise were open for another hour an a half and still refused to see her.  Thanks to Simply Bright they were understanding enough to be aware of the emergency at hand and asked us to come down straight away.  We were not registered under there care but they had the decency to attend to our distressed 3year old daughter.  We are now registered with them and me and my family are eternally greatful for the compassion they showed our daughter and we will feel more confident to be under their care.  The fact that she was only seen to for 10 minutes makes this situation more Infuriating.
