I have recently finished my treatment at Marsh House Orthodontics. I am now wearing retainers and I am very pleased with the results of my teeth. The team and staff are all very lovely and kind. I found the nurses particularly helpful during the treatment as they would take the time to help me with any difficulties I would face, especially when I was wearing elastics. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family and any one else who would ask about treatment and where it can be done. If you’re thinking of going there just book an appointment!

My daughter has been a patient at Marsh House for over 2 years - she had a brace fitted and now will wear a retainer.  The staff are always very friendly and helpful and they have always managed to accommodate the check up appointments to suit our diaries and school commitments. My daughters teeth look amazing now at the end of her treatment. I was so happy with the improvement that I have also had treatment for my own teeth at Marsh House. I would highly recommend Marsh House.

Completely atrocious. The orthodontist took out my brace wire due to complications with the length and one of the brackets. She then had a go at me for my teeth hygiene which use fair enough. Then she told me my gums we bleeding and that she couldn’t see my mouth. She showed me in a mirror and I couldn’t make out what she was looking out as I’m short sighted and couldn’t see. So then she had a go at me for not having glasses. I disputed the fact saying I would be getting them after the appointment and yet she still had a go at me to the point where she said ‘I’m not treating you then’. She said she wouldn’t treat me so I left. I went in with a broken brace and a long wire. I left with a tightened top brace with a longer wire digging into my mouth and no wire on my bottom set. Just empty brackets. If I could rate 0 I would, but I’m doing the lowest I can to warn you that their employees clearly aren’t educated in their field of work, yelling at a child for not having glasses. Would definitely stay well away from this orthodontist as I am. They just make things worse for you.

Daughter so far half way through treatment which has been ok . Only niggle is that so many appointments have been canceled so have been few and far between . Practice is a journey to get to due to its location so much planning is need to get there collecting daughter from school etc , arrived to latest appointment only to be told it had been re arranged by email and would need to return (no email received )I do hope the appointment system improves as have been to much more efficient in the past !!

Staff behave professionally and the aftercare information given is comprehensive. It's a bit disconcerting not to be able to sit next to your child during brace application work due to the layout of the premises as it makes the process feel more clinical. This may be a positive or negative depending on your child's personality. Reception staff have always been courteous and helpful. Great hygienist!! I could see her work up close which was brilliant. 🙂
