Neringa Kontrimaite rude staff. I can’t give any star at all but need to enable to make a honest review. Neringa Kontrimaite who post 7 months in this website is a staff receptionist who rate the service amazing. Even she is not a dental practitioner, and only a receptionist the more she should be polite to the clients/patients. She use rude words and will call you no common sense. She should be suspended for her behaviour or either must not work in this kind of job that relates interactions with other people.

Absolutely horrible service to my mother who went there due to an infection keeps occurring. The dentist there (Adriana Sabau) spoke to my mother in deragotory terms saying that she might send my mother to a "butcher" when she asked if her dentist can recommend her to any other dentist who can treat her and was wholly impolite. She was not willing to help and just didn't care. It was such a serious matter that six weeks earlier when she visited an emergency dentist who said if the infection came back she would need a referral to a hospital from her dentist. However this dentist was unwilling to treat my mom, and wouldn't comply to refer her to the hospital or treat the infection on a root filling in her front tooth citing that it was a "luxury" which can not be done through NHS. Avoid this place and this unprofessional conduct.

They booked wrong type of appointment resulting in a wasted afternoon off work. Complete waste of time. Dentist didn't seem to know what she was doing and really didn't seem to care about the pain. No compassion from the staff. It felt more of a business than a place that takes care of their patients. Tooth still hurts and had to find another dentist.
