We were with Silversea when it was still European. The food the service everything was 5 stars. Since she sails under Royal Caribbean everything is different. The food was mediocre absolutely not hig end standard. The staff was rather frustrated,annoyed or envious of the guests. When the room boys cleaned the whole corridor stank of sweat. The butler is no longer there for you 24 hrs. Since there are less employees than before. All inclusive is not true. Only cheap drinks are all inclusive. Drink selection is not first class. Internet is very bad but they offer you an expensive upgrade. It is very difficult to get a table in the restaurants because they are all fully booked unless you want to eat at 10:30. However, the prices have gone up. Silversea is dead for us and other passengers.
Member of staff male was rude after telling me one evening that the shop was only open too the CREW and I couldn't buy a present for my partner also I have tried to contact customer service but cut off obviously not interested. Spoken to guest relations on board Silver Moon December 22 had a meeting with the person in charge of the boutique shops staff he.saod that the person in question should not have refused you entry into the shop and he would be felt with. We will never be using Silverseas Cruises again and we have been on 98 other cruises.
Customer service in sales has fallen off a cliff since covid. We have had two cruises cancelled and they simply don’t tell you or keep you informed in a professional manner. I suggest never paying the full amount with this company up front. It’s a nice experience on their cruises when things go according to plan but if they don’t it can be sticky getting your money back. As of July 2020 they were fully owned by royal caribbean group. They have 10 ships
Best cruiseline in the world. Been on all current cruise brands and 100% there is no better than Silversea
If you are a vegetarian,you will starve.There was little to choose from & the staff didn’t know the difference to vegan.Unless we ate pizza there was little choice so several nights we ended up in our cabin ordering room service which was also limited.The best meal was tomato soup,so a lot of money for not much,Luckily we ate lunch st our ports of call.Surroundings were tasteful,cabins were good size & pleasantly appointed but after many cruises with Cunard & Scenic,it was a huge let down.Can’t see why people say it’s so good
Worst ever customer service. Non-response to e-mails. Non-processing of inquiries. Once contracted you're neglected. Stay away from Silversea these days.
Going on a cruise to the Färöer Isles is also responsible for the horrible things happening there! NEVER SUPPORT WHALE KILLING!!!
Great cruise line! Top notch service makes it one of the best around.

This cruiseline is extremely comfortable, luxurious and does everything I expect from a luxury cruise and more. Were on various ships in this fleet and everything exceeded our expectations...thank you for that.
