Left this for awhile to give the bed good test drive.  Fabulous  bed very comfy  . Wonderful  service, nice people, friendly.  Listened to my needs fully. This local business is REALLY good. Parked within 20 yards around 3.00pm today, served courteously and immediately with clear information given about mattress options, tried alternatives and selected an ideal one for us on price and comfort; ordered, paid and received mattress early this evening with old one taken away for disposal. Now looking forward to a good night's sleep in three hours time! Extremely satisfied and gratified.

Having bought from Sidmouth Bed Centre years ago, I returned recently when I needed a new mattress and received good friendly service. I had initially intended on buying a pocket sprung mattress but Richard suggested a standard coil sprung orthopaedic mattress when I mentioned I had a bad back and showed me a couple within my budget. Whilst some mattresses are in stock my choice wasn’t but it only took a week for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised to find I didn’t have to pay until mattress was in stock and ready for delivery. I’d like to thank Richard and his colleague for carrying the mattress up the lane to my cottage as they couldn’t get their van through the tight gap at the bottom of the lane. Fortunately it was a single and not very far to carry. Having used my new mattress for a week now I find it very comfortable and happy with my choice so far.

Can’t praise Richard enough, highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic about his company, friendly and polite. Would never use another bed company.

I’ve bought 4 beds over past 15 years and they have been excellent. Latest one is Espoir Splendour 9000 and it is very comfortable indeed. Good service, friendly and trustworthy. Cheaper than chains and quicker to deliver.

We read the Google reviews, took a drive to Sidmouth, a beautiful place, walked in and bought a mattress for our caravan. The owner is a lovely friendly guy, very knowledgeable, put no pressure on us, and within 4 hours, the first mattress he recommended  which was perfect for our needs was delivered, installed and the old mattress taken away  small charge applies. What a refreshing change! A very switched on young businessman who cares about his customers. Great value, great mattress. Thank you.

Really great service, super helpful from start to finish. Rich really great and the delivery guy so friendly and kind. Very comfy mattress too! All round perfect service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
