Ordered a taxi with this firm a couple of weekends ago on a very busy night and was told would be 30 mins. Me and my partner made our way outside after 25 mins and waited around 15 mins. Called again and was told we turned up but you weren't outside. I said that I was waiting but regardless would the driver not come into the venue when they rudely told me know. I said no problem can you send one round, only to be told would be ONE AND A HALF HOURS. Ended up getting another taxi and when I told him what happened was told that Sidley taxi's only had 2 cars out that night. BEWARE THEY FAIL TO ARRIVE THEN LIE BY SAYING YOU WEREN'T THERE
