I would give no stars if possible. We had a taxi booked for 8:30am as we had a flight booked. After not turning up we called and they said it would be 5 minutes. After 20 stressful minutes later we called again. They informed us that they cancelled our taxi!!!! They said they would try to get us another one! By this time it was 30 minutes late and no apology just rude. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Especially if your on a schedule!

family vs. non-family. Be careful not to show family members special treatment. Be aware that, in a small or family-owned business, special favors given to family members and friends de-motivate employees and set a bad example This is how this company can be said

Twice i have been let down by this company ..as a taxi driver myself the explanation given doesn't go down well with me...1st time left at Gatwick airport at 1am with no money or battery on phone after paying for the prebooked taxi online ...2nd time going to airport at 5am no one turned up prepaid prebooked again, lead to missed flight and loads of expenses. .. Also being a Taxi driver myself i no how the system works i had no missed calls no text..As a regular customer always travelling to and from airports i would of expected a nuch better service and a much better response to my complaint well thats a regular fare lost ...
