If there were less than 1 star I would give that. We booked taxis to ferry guests to and fro our daughter's wedding on Sunday 23rd July 2017. We were pleased to support a local company, living as we do in Cooden. On the morning of the wedding we had a call from the firm saying they only had one taxi and one driver available all day. I had booked 2 taxis to do a shuttle going to the venue and four taxis to take 17 guests back to Cooden at 1.00a.m. The one driver could give no explanation as to why the company had let us down. He apologised and named Michael Moon as the boss. We have yet to hear from Mr. Moon himself. The one driver very helpfully found one more driver but guests had to leave half an hour early in shuttle to go and we had to spend an hour on the wedding morning ringing round to get taxis for our return from more reputable and reliable companies. Shameful behaviour Cooden Taxis, absolutely shameful.

I called around for a taxi and all they were promising was half an hour to an hour wait but Cooden was just 5 minutes wait. Helpful and polite driver. I Highly recommend
