Having suffered back pain for a decade, I was diagnosed with sciatica. Till my recent visit to Sidi physio being treated by Charru Uppal finally my pain has eased off and I'm walking so so much better than before. It's worth saying I have been to many many Osteopath, therapist but to no avail till now, Just amazing thank you Charru.
Great clinic - Paul absolutely knows his stuff! Feel great after just one session, alongside feeling educated on how I can do my “homework” to correct the issues outside of the physio sessions. Highly recommend.
Having managed to break both my shoulders in the same accident, I was lucky to be referred to Paul Sidi's practice. Paul has worked wonders on my shoulders and today wished me farewell after 5 months of physio feeling great. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and team! Fantastic Work!
Paul Sidi is by far the best physiotherapist I’ve ever seen. I’ve had numerous running injuries over the past 10 years and this year he got me to the World 70.3 Championships in Nice after no running for 14 weeks. Only this week after a rolling my ankle again back in August, Paul got to work on my perineal tendon with the new Mis High Peak Performance from ASA laser. I have already noticed a difference. I’ve not run for 6 weeks and yesterday ran pain free for 30 mins. I can’t recommend Sidi enough. He’s the man!
Excellent experience at Sidi Physio. After fracturing and spraining my right ankle Paul Sidi used his wonderful infrared machine and with his experience and knowledge has now got me back running after 5 weeks of physio with his running plan. I have been to see many physios and the service and customer care here has been outstanding and would definitely recommend.
I'm really happy with the treatment I've had from Charru at Sidi Physio. She's helped alleviate an RSI issue I've had on and off for well over a decade. Not only is she a great practitioner, but her positive yet realistic attitude to managing an injury is refreshing. All staff that I've met at Sidi Physio are very helpful. They also offer technology-based therapeutic interventions that you might not have heard about or experienced before and can integrate these into treatment plans.
How can i not give Paul Sidi 5-stars... "Sidi Physio is your man, if he can't fix it no-one can!" Thank You, Paul with a shout out to Teresa, too for your services and support since April in getting me back up and running again quite literally!. Paul has the most amazing, James Bond Q-like, technology at his fingers tips that he used to treat my very sore Ischial Bursitis flare up. Since seeing Paul in August, I have been able to effectively manage my issue with focussed stretching guidance from Paul and can now look forward to taking part in up-coming half marathons in September thru to November From here on, unless something flares up and I need more amazing, expert treatment & advice - I wish you all the best into the future. Secondly, I won't hesitate to come back and see you if I need anything else fixed. Lastly, I would, and have, happily recommended your services to friends, family and colleagues alike.....hopefully you are/will see some of them soon. In the meantime, take care and thank you once more

Paul is excellent. He's highly knowledgeable and understands the body and the injuries caused by bad posture and the impact of sport. Helped me to pick up the pieces left by doctors who destroyed my back with needless operations. I've been in pain for over 10 years with major sciatica and I'm now on the road to recovery. Paul is highly recommended. A+++++
