Jason is an excellent osteopath who has helped me no end with my neck and lower back pain, using a variety of techniques including manipulation, laster and acupuncture. Since commencing treatment with him there has been a significant improvement in my symptoms. Many thanks to Jason and all the team at Kinesis Clinic for an such a great job.

I came to Kinesis with multiple injuries due to marathon running. I had been getting treatment for some of these before but had never sat down and worked out everything that was going wrong. 

From the first appointment with Zaneta it was immediately clear that my "bad luck with injury" wasn't bad luck and that everything was linked. Zaneta was very patient and very diligent. There was no rushing into treatment but a very thorough review of my history, my walking, my standing, my flexibility. I wasn't patient and she had to keep patching me up as I carried on training and running. 

But through her work, which included massage, dry needling, laser therapy, stretches, exercises and a session with Barry, I managed to complete my first Ultra Marathon in October this year and get back to training again only a week later. All my previous events had resulted in a new injury and a long period of time off my feet. 

I've got plans to up my distances in 2018 and will keep seeing Zaneta as I go to ensure I'm always on the front foot!

Highly recommend.  Barry and Zaneta are exceptional therapists.  I came to them with a whole host of pains and restrictions - over the past 30 years, I've seen many people - only Barry and Zaneta have made lasting fixes.  The level of training they have had means that they bring a superior and uptodate level of knowledge and practical experience to any problem.

Jason Bianchi visited to assess my 2 year old German Shepherd who had a shoulder injury for the past 2.5 months. He was patient and calm as my dog is high energy & had not been through such an experience before. Jason was extremely thorough and assessed my GSDs entire body multiple times to be sure he hadn't missed anything. Everything was explained very clearly including advice on next steps and rehabilitating exercises to do. I would recommend Jason to anyone with a dog :)

I would highly recommend Barry and his team. They are friendly, professional and most importantly through different techniques improve any painful symptoms you may have, whilst outlining a plan to move forward.
