A friend of mine recommended I see Sam after a bad netball injury and I’m really glad she did. Sam was really friendly and made me feel at ease, he diagnosed the issue straight away, was very informative and gave me some exercises to do at home. It’s only been a couple of days and already I can see massive improvements. Sam has taken the time to check on my progress since I saw him which I really appreciate. I will definitely be recommending to others.

Excellent service from Sam. I had just one session with him yesterday for a sports massage due to very stiff and aching trapezius muscles. The next morning the pain has subsided and now I am ready to go back to the gym. Fantastic!

Came on a recommendation and glad I did. Sam understands sports injuries as he has probably experienced most of them himself so really gets to the core of the problem quickly. Very much a no nonsense session that targets the issue, analyses it and then gives simple exercises you need to do afterwards. I like supporting small businesses so definitely recommend coming to Pace for a more personal experience.

I highly recommend Sam. I saw him initially with a shoulder problem. Through testing my range of movement and asking questions, he pinpointed exactly the problem. The advice he gave, meant I could carry on with various aspects of training, safe in the knowledge I was not doing any further damage to the affected muscles. I've been to see him today with a neck and back problem. Once again, Sam took the time to pinpoint the specific issue and has given me exercises to do at home to continue with my mobility and recuperation. Having been to see other practitioners previously, and walked away feeling not entirely sure of the experience, rest assured, this won't be the case here.
