Very poor, I ordered a kebab with chips and a salad. The salad was in a separate carton and filled, yet the chips were in with the tray of kebab which I'd understood them to be, however I literally counted seven proper sized soggy ships. This came to £9.nAlmost a tenner for what is displayed in the photo as I was preparing it for the plate.nDo you think they are a Tom Kerridge restaurant or something? This was meant to be a chip supper, I'll not risk ordering from you again, absolute rip off!
The main reason I came here was the witty replies by the owner for these reviews. I was not disappointed. Fish and chips is very good, curry sauce better than most, and lots of salt vinegar and batter as asked. Very satisfied, ignore the lonely 1 star reviews this is a solid local chippy. Definitely recommend.
I have just ordered a meal.for 3. The lad turned up and i gave him £10 more. Didn't realise but he came back after 5 minutes and said you have over paid me. He gave me my money and his tip which I feel awful about. . There is still some decent and honest people and you employ them...salute.... also food amazing thank you
Lovely friendly atmosphere, food cooked to order. COD and chip deal x2 with sauces £19:99. Good size portions will go again. Kebab wrap with chips and sauce will easily feed two people.
Always friendly staff, food is fantastic and always hot. One of our family has a gluten allergy and they are always catered to. Nothing is too much trouble
