Wonderful first experience at this office. Our previous provider discontinued participation with our insurance carrier, so we had to find a new dental team. The hygienist and doctor at Shrewsbury Dental Associates were both incredibly nice, professional and efficient. But we were also very impressed with the advanced technologies and diagnostic tools at this office, which made the appointment even more pleasant. They also do not push/up-sell other, cosmetic treatments. In short, we are very thankful to have found SDA and look forward to being patients for many years to come.
Dr Cho is amazing! I took my 91 year old mother to him and he is so knowledgeable and kind. He did an outstanding job on her new partials. He made he feel very comfortable.
All of the staff are friendly, courteous and caring. Only place I have found in 5 years that would help me with my problems. They make you feel comfortable about being there and the care you're receiving. Dr. Cho and Jennifer have both gone above and beyond for my care. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!
My 11 year old had her front teeth broken over the weekend. The office was able to get her in that Monday! Dr. Kaplan was so sweet and made my daughter feel comfortable. Samantha, her assistant, did a great job on restoring her front teeth She made it look like her original ones! My daughter was showing off her smile to everyone. It really was an enjoyable experience. This is also a very clean facility! Thank you all!
They are very thorough and very kind. Meredith did my cleaning-- super friendly and accommodating, always checking to be sure you are comfortable. I don't know much about being a dental hygenist, but she seems to me very good at her job. Also, they have a lot of tools/technology that help to show you exactly what is going on with your teeth, which I found helpful. I don't recall her name but the woman with an office at the front went over the cost of the work that I need done and was also very thorough in explaining everything to me. It's a very nice practice.
I have never left feedback about a dentist before, but I have to with this place. They are professional, caring, and at the top of their game. I had to get two teeth removed and they got me in the office within 2 days. They dealt with the issue right away instead of splitting it up in 2 appointments. They sent me the medical questionnaire ahead of time so I did not have to do it when I arrived in the office. Dr. Cho is the best dentist I have ever been to. He helped me thru the extractions by explaining everything, making sure I felt no pain, and getting the job done. His assistant was amazing with her concern for my comfort during the entire process. If you are searching for a good dentist, like I was, you should start here. I will be moving my family over to this place. 5 stars for this entire group!
Absolutely amazing! Kind awesome! Fast! definitely glad to have gone here! Got a wisdom tooth pulled didn't even feel a thing. Best dentist I've ever been to. They definitely Go above and beyond!
Had my teeth cleaned today by Meredith and she did a great job! Took my x rays, explained what she was seeing, and gave me some treatment options. Her assistant, Samantha, was on top of giving Meredith all she needed to do the job in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
Always have a great experience getting my teeth cleaned here! Meredith is a great hygienist, she is incredibly kind and gentle and does a fantastic job! Always look forward to going : would recommend this place to anyone!!
Shrewsbury Dental Associates is great! They were so nice and kind and took really good care of me. Meredith did a thorough deep cleaning and even though I was in the chair for a while, she made extra sure I was comfortable and laughing the entire time. For someone who historically did not like going to a dentist, this team changed my mind! -Bestie for the restie
