Came in with abscess on Friday and was seen within 5 minutes. Could not have had better service anywhere! All the staff were so helpful and the dentist was second to none. Thank you so very much. GIll

Rang up in agony after a visit a few days ago and was screamed at by the receptionist because I didn't ring them at 9am. Told her I'd not slept or eaten since my previous appointment and that id actually got a few hours sleep at that time and was then threatened she would not give me an appointment if I didn't stop moaning.. I then told her I was recording the phone call. She then hung up on me. Absolutely disgraceful service. I'm now sat here in agony with no clue what to do . How do I complain????

Snarky receptionist. I've been in England almost 2 years as an army wife. We have a child and no other family. I'm not currently registered in England yet as I dont drive and my area isnt taking on NHS . I have an abscess causing chills. Fever etc and she spoke over me saying theres plenty of dentists etc I'm aware. Sadly I'm a bit stuck. With a husband that works everyday, I work part time nights and no childcare I've been putting off treatment because of travel in a country I'm not used too. Maybe staff should be a bit nicer, people with tooth ache etc have enough to deal with. So I ended up ringing round for ages in agony with a needy child and found somewhere else. A bit further afield but worth it in comparison to the belittling attitude.

Very pleased with these guys. Used them twice first time for massive abscess under a molar, dentist was really friendly and didn't lecture me about my poor oral hygiene, reception staff were fantastic especially as I'm from Oswestry but they still let me come as the Oswestry emergency dentist is horrible. got through to them quite quickly and was offered a few different appointment slots even let me come back the next day free of charge after the abscess had drained, highly recommend. Will definitely use them again.

My usual dentist is in Wales and they don't have an emergency service so NHS direct dent me here. I was rather worried as I am a nervous patient anyway and having a stressful hour long drive through awful traffic didn't help, but the staff were so friendly and took the time to let me calm down. The dentist was really good, friendly, informative. Really couldn't ask for more.
