We have justed joined this dental practice and we have had excellent service from making a booking with reception through to seeing the dentist who was running slightly late but was very thorough and took the time to explain both my own and the children's dental cleaning routine. He also gave both mine and my husband's teeth a clean which rarely happened at our old practice. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend from this first experience.
Really happy with the services at Bellstone Dental I had my tooth removed today and was so nervous but the dentist I had was so friendly and she really made me feel at ease and made the whole process a lot better for me! And was also done quickly as well!
I have just joined and I'm so glad I did. My tooth wasn't filled properly at a previous dentist, I had xrays and a thorough examination and I've rebooked to have it fixed properly. Very very professional and polite service.
First appointment with this practice today, found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. The dentist was lovely, explained everything to me and as I am a nervous patient he made me feel relaxed quite quickly. Examination was thorough and all findings explained and discussed. I then had to make a 6 month appointment but as the computers were down they said they would call me to offer further appointment which they did within the hour. I would strongly recommend this practice to friends and family. Thankyou Bellstone
I had a chipped a tooth and give them their dues they saw me pretty quickly ,from then on it went downhill, the dentist was rude , Took one look at me decided he knew everything about me , and he couldn’t get me out of there quick enough ,told me the tooth had to come out and wouldn’t even listen to when I could make appointments due to work, or my my plees that the tooth could be saved ,so I went and paid for a second opinion ,this dentist could not believe that he was going to pull out a perfectly healthy tooth with a slight chip on it ,which he fixed in under a minute !!! Furious that he was going to pull it out,
Professional and effective. Dentists are very efficient and methodical. Receptionists are polite, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

worst dentist I know he do not want to my teeth extracted on the NHS, I have to pay for everything or I have to wait 2 years for the extraction if I want to be on the NHS for free dentures, who said he would do it on the NHS, now says I have to pay too it promotes a private clinic and saucers and all I have to pay in the NHS can only get free prescriptions tragedy must be reported
Lack of care at this practice. They've put off giving my daughter braces and now she's over 18 she will have to pay privately for them. They couldn't wait to throw me out without examining my teeth properly. I've needed 5 repairs for the past year and still no closer to getting them sorted.
Started off good, now awful, don't go
