I have had absolutely awful top teeth for over 4 years due to medication rotting them away. I have visited this practice regularly for over two years trying to get this sorted and each time I have visited I have either been told we will do something on your next visit or that the dentist I was seeing had left. Finally they booked me in to see Natalia and she got straight to work with sorting my problem. I visited two days ago and scared of going to the dentist anyway she reassured me and removed the disgusting teeth in minutes and replaced them with dentures. I am so happy with what she has done for me and I no longer have to try and smile with my mouth closed I am proud to smile again . Thank you so so much Natalia for giving me back my smile it has given me my confidence back and honestly I cannot thank you enough. Thank you again for helping me get back my smile
I can't thank the staff enough. The support they have and have always given me is above and beyond. I've been with the practice since it opened. I am a 'nervous' patient. But why? Every time I go, I'm always made to feel at ease. Would highly recommend this practice. Once again, thank you!

Have been going to this dentist now for way over 10 years. Irina is the most loveliest lady and always puts me at ease when doing any check ups or treatments. I couldn’t recommend her or this dentist practise enough!

Another visit to Natalia at my Dentist Shrewsbury. Natalia is a lovely understanding and caring dentist. She is very sensitive to my needs and I would recommend to everyone. Horrid business, I am registered but they said I could only get private appointments, couldn't even go on a waiting list. They then proceeded to charge me over £500 in private appointments and scans for a gum problem all the while knowing they had no gum specialist at the practice who could help me. They knew I had a gum issue from day 1 and knew they had no appropriate staff to help but still took my money.
Absolutely disgusting service if using NHS. Rang shortly after COVID suffering from mild tooth ache. I was told due to the fact they were short on dentists that the waiting list was really long and they would contact me when an appointment was available. To ring back if it got worse, I even rang a second time 6 months later to check I was still on this list. Since it never got worse and with the common knowledge and news it currently takes years for a dentist appointment I accepted my new reality. Since it's now getting to two and a half years I phoned up only to be only I was now archived, struck from their patients list with no warning and that I would need to go to the bottom of a 1500+ waiting list to become a patient again. I am horrified, I waited two years in pain for nothing. I now have to find a new dentist all over again. The woman on the phone told me it was "My own responsibility to look after my oral health" despite the fact I had made an appointment and had been told by this very dentist that they would contact me when a new dentist had been taken on and they could offer more appointments. No sympathy and No responsibility taken by this dentist for the way they have treated me.
Always very helpful, my husband went today for small filling, he did not have injection but did mot feel a thing no pain at all. Was in chair for 1 hour had very good clean and filling done was very pleased with result..
