This church is evidently old and very original. I enjoyed the layout and the original walls.nnThe church is located in the heart of the city centre and has a small off-site parking with a cafe associated with the church.
Shrewsbury Cathedral has a sense of history and make you feel walking in that history when you step in. Very peaceful place not far from the river. Love the stain glass windows which creating an atmosphere. This Cathedral start in 1852 and finished in 1856 in four years. There is a cafe next in its yard and you can have a view around the old city wall. I like the entrance stairs and the outer view from the main door.
A beautiful small cathedral dating back to 1856. The cathedral is situated on the medieval town wall with lovely views across the river Severn.nInside it is very peaceful and tranquil with beautiful stained glass windows.nBeing located on the outskirts of the old town it is a fair walk from the town center, however there is a lovely Cafe orchard Cafe next door overlooking the cathedral for refreshments.nnWorthwhile a visit if in the area
It is quite small and had repair work going on, but was peaceful.
