So friendly man on the entrance, he gave us advice about places to go and a map. He explained architectural parts of the church . The church is beautiful with great floor tiles and windows.

A place of peace for me , a real pity its " redundant". I sang in the choir there in the mid 1970s , it was poorly attended then. It was "High Church" at the time , all incense and Latin. 

I light a candle there when ever I am in town.

It is a wonderful church, with a unique painting inside, that cought my attention as soon I lay my eyes on it! Peaceful!!

Why is this described as redundant? If the treasurer of the Anglican Church can't find the money to keep this church alive with the occasional sermon, then we're all B******d! (Sorry - but it enrages me). Come on! Let's work together to keep Britain alive, Future, present and PAST!
