My son bought me two pair of boots a couple of months ago, one of the pair was faulty - spongy heels. Manageress of this store could not have been more disparaging. I got the boots exchanged, got home to find the new pair, which have not been worn had the insole at the front of the boot rising. When I took them back the cashier said that they only changed the first pair as a courtesy, she would not exchange the second pair until she spoke to the Manageress who was not in. I reminded her that consumer law states faulty goods must be exchanged or refunded. I told her I was going to write to the head office about their attitude and she shrugged. and I left. I have written to their head office, waiting on an answer back as to where I can get the new boots replaced, but I will never step foot in the Leven store again. I have shopped their for years and never had a bother. Very disappointed in their attitude.
