Purchased our first car here a couple a years ago so when we needed a second we did not hesitate to go back after the wonderful sales and, more importantly, after sales service experienced. David always goes above and beyond to ensure top quality products and service. Our recent purchase had a small problem so we called and without question or hesitation it was back to their workshop and sorted, with a courtesy car while we were waiting for our repair. We live a 3 hour drive away but plan to make our 3rd purchase from this dealer, simply cannot fault them. Genuine thanks and appreciation to David and his team, simply the best!

Good selection of used vehicles with wide range of prices. Sales staff very helpful without being at all pushy. Got a reasonable trade in offer on my own car. If you're in the market for a replacement vehicle I'd recommend a visit here.

Bought a leon from these guys in April 22 and I forgot to leave a review until now. Travelled 200 miles for the car and it’s spot on. Car couldn’t have been prepared better. Timing belt + water pump was changed for me usually a £500+ job. David looks after you if you have any problems/questions even after you’ve left with the car. As someone who works in the motor trade I can say these guys do the job right - wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey again

Put a deposit down on my car end of November, was told my car would be ready a week after. No call from garage, phoned and they said it would be ready a week after the original pick up date. Again no contact from garage, I called again and said it’ll be another few days. Eventually got my car and the clutch was slipping. Phoned the garage and said to bring it in, the boss pretty much said it was impossible they had sold me the car with a slipping clutch. Went to the workshop and got fixed, can’t fault the boys in the workshop but the boss on the other hand…? Was also waiting for my v5 to come through, turns out the boss didn’t tell DVLA that the car had been sold…. Do NOT recommend.

We bought a car from David at Alistair Buchan in December and the whole experience was stressfree and simple. Saw a car which looked good and the reviews of the garage online were good. Phoned up and arranged to test drive a couple of days later. When we arrived the car was waiting for us. David just gave us the keys and let us get on with it. The car was excellent and still is! and had been cleaned prior to us coming - which I realise is not the norm! The whole buying process was quick, friendly and efficient and David managed to get the car services and MOT's for us in very quick time so we had it before Christmas. I would certainly recommend Alistair buchan to anyone and would definitely buy from them again. It certainly beats the 'losing your will to live' experience of trying to buy a car from a bigger franchise!
