Called in yesterday to look for shoes for my grandson. I asked for help from the assistant who showed me there range . Unfortunately the one's I wanted we're only available online . The assistant couldn't have been more helpful and I will return again when needing new footwear .
Terrible staff that are rude to you when you spend £60 on shoes that break! Highly not the place id say to buy shoes from. The staff were rude when I said their boots break in a month and they should last at least a season.
Lots of choice and peaceful to browse and try on. The staff don't pester customers but are pleasantly helpful when needed.
I am appalled by the customer service here After buying toe post sandals from here the other day, I wore them only to find after 5 minutes they were cutting and digging into my feet because of the design of the toe post that has a sharp edged metal love heart over the toe post. I had the receipt and tried to return. They would not exchange or return my money!! So now I have sandals I have paid for and cannot wear.!!!

Good variety of shoes, boots, slippers, school shoes etc. During this difficult time can also try on as well.
