I came in this week with directory returns. The assistant at the counter to the right side of the store served me. She then asked for some sort of form with details of my return. I told her I’ve never had to do this. She started giving me bullcrap about items going missing and getting wiped off the system and therefor needs to check my order form. I have been in this store several times and a loyal customer for over 9 years who spends thousands online with Next and nobody with the new system ever asks for ID or order slips. The previous system yes they did as I worked in Next for years too. The new system now doesn’t ask for forms to cross returned items out. I looked at her knowing she was lying to a customer to act like she knows it all but I go to huddersfield, birstall, dewsbury and bradfrod store and nobody ever asked me for order-slips or ID when returning items as it’s all on the system and automatically comes up, at the end the customer needs to confirm verbally the name and that’s how it’s been! What s liar she was!! Absolutely shocked and appalled at disgusting lying assistant. Be careful with the staff at this store. They will make alsorts up for some reason . Have complained to head office about her behaviour and training

Kids section looks like a wild elephant has gone on a rampage. Some customers just don't care when shopping. Pick something up, don't like it, leave it on the floor.

I went down to fosterssquare bradford,i go everyweek to pickup my sons shoes,tops,etc etc.ive never been asked for id as i am familiar to all staff.but today i was asked for id which i never had and thats understanable,and the message for the shoes was on my wifes phone,i showed it to the girl i was being served by,and she said i screenshot the message what an insult my underwear cost more than what she had on alltogether. No joke. its a mix race or black chubby girl.the rest of the staff are brilliant no problems.thankyou

Never had any problems. Best avoided at sale time, can be carnage at this store!
