Was the worst experience of my life. This shop is ran children who are rude to customers constantly. They run to there manager Ali every 2 minutes while on the till ask a question and run back, keeping people waiting ages in a queue who end up leaving.I’m surprised the footasylum headquarters don’t know this. I was missold items, overcharged, verbally abused and ridiculed by children half my age. People please save your breath, just go next door, STAY AWAY !
Typical bullying racist staff especially the in house security who thinks he can approach you in an intimidating way. Manager cannot controll security or staff, and there is no signage for rules trying to be enforced regarding drinks just bad attitudes and very unprofessional. Save a trip and go elsewhere if you want a nice shopping experience
The guy from the shop who helped me out was Nathan. He was patient, understanding of my needs and he was a great help. He was there to help me throughout even though I was being very indecisive haha. I bought a pair of nice winter gloves in the end. Thanks Nathan !
Very disappointed in customer service in one of your store in Bradford Broadway shopping center the Manager over there is disgusting and seems like a racis i try to change a jacket today as my partner bought wrong size and and he’s refused to change as he said i look like i lying wth ‍ lying what that the jacket its to big for me ? Absolutely poor! I was browsing through the clothes area and noticed the store manager treating another staff member as if they were some sort of garbage! ABUSIVE Seemed like alot of favouritism when allocating another staff member to take over the isle/re-stock of clothes. Who's the area manager or VIP for this store? Immediately take action on this, as I won't be shopping from here. Foot locker or JD's! Stay Away!!!!
Very abusive staff accusing customers of stealing , swearing at customers causing commotion in middle of the public was told to get the f’ck out of the shop by an employee wasnt even aloud to talk to the manager . Very rude staff.

Ordered online and still not received parcel. 5 weeks Customer service is all online and is rubbish no help provided automated service. Hermes missed place it and now i have to do all the chasing to get my refund back. Went to bradford store and manager was useless tbh like didnt want to help out. Im still waiting for my refund with no more options. Nightmare
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, the staff are so unprofessional they always losing parcels don’t even help the customers I went in here looking to buy some trainers worst experience ever definitely do not recommend. They didn’t even bother to go check if items are in stock left me waiting for 20 minutes no communication regarding the shoes I requested.
Ordered an online order, arrived in store to collect after receiving my order, to then be told they couldn't find my order and it must not have arrived. Another person went to look, no luck. The manager then decides to come over and have a look after 10 minutes manages to find it. Then I've had to wait for the people at the tills who've not been waiting as long to then be served before me. This store is a shed, was a mess. It was dark and horrible and nobody seemed to want to be there staff wise . Absolute joke, will not be returning.
