I have been coming here for over 6yrs now, initially recommended to me by a friend specifically for curly hair. This place has become my safe haven. Staff are always welcoming & accommodating for your needs. This place is just vibes. If you aren't feeling the best, that will change spending time here with the staff & other cliental. I have fallen in love with my hair thanks to Debs & the team and I have even grown confidence to experiment & go wild with their support. If you go in with an idea, have a discussion then you are always listened to & the best method is always advised to suit your needs & hair. I just love love LOVE this place, the staff, the skills, the knowledge professionally & personally.

Been going here for a few months now and Deb and her team have taken my badly cut and damaged hair and transformed it to this gorgeous mane. My curls have never looked so good  Best thing is that Deb takes time to explain what is wrong with your hair and what she & you can do to fix it. She educates and empowers at the same time. Very highly recommended

I have been coming to Debbie for over 20 years now. I have so much experience with hair. That when you meet a hairdresser that you know is rare. You always will see her as a diamond. She has helped me so much with my confidence in hair that I now feel happier. Debbie has a passion for hair. Don’t suffer in silence, whether your hair is falling out, badly damaged, it’s ok Debbie is your lady. She will have you feeling brand new in no time. Debbie does all hair types, so no matter what your texture.Debbie and her team are highly trained and highly recommended. I have travelled around the world and told complete strangers about visiting Shirley Valentine burnage Manchester, It’s the only hairdresser that I will recommend. I always say to everyone that “it’s the best hairdressers in the world” I truly believe that. After your consultation, you will feel amazing and you will be back to feeling confident, special happier, smiling and loving your hair again.

Utterly disappointing behavior from the owner. I had diligently reserved an appointment well in advance for a wash and curly blow dry, going the extra mile by making a deposit of £23.00. The original arrangement was for a Saturday at 2 pm. However, today I received an unexpected call, informing me of an alleged mistake in my booking, and that I must now come in at the ungodly hour of 10:30 am. While I acknowledged there might have been a booking error, I inquired about the rationale behind the sudden time change.  To my surprise, the owner's response seemed utterly illogical. I pointed out that a wash and blow dry typically takes around 45 minutes, and my original booking allowed for a generous 125-minute slot – more than ample for the task. Regrettably, my logic seemed to elude her completely. Furthermore, the matter of my initial deposit was mishandled. When I mentioned that I had already submitted a deposit of £23.00, she bizarrely insisted I make another payment. After some back-and-forth, it finally dawned on her when I say "her," I refer to the owner that the correct approach should have been to deduct the difference from the deposit - considering the new appointment would have cost me £40 instead of the original £60  It's bewildering how such a simple concept seemed to elude her comprehension.  Despite her own shortcomings, the owner displayed a lack of professionalism and even had the audacity to accuse me of rudeness. I find such behavior from individuals lacking basic common sense truly exasperating. Instead of offering a simple apology, her response was to cancel the booking altogether. Suffice it to say, I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered is beyond disappointing.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I used to see a girl out and about and her hair looked fabulous so I asked her where she went which led me here. I make a 40 miles round trip every 6 weeks to see Vicki. My hair is in great condition and I enjoy coming to someone who understands my curls at long last! The advice and care I have received is exceptional. Some of these 1 star comments are either from new accounts or serial complainers and whilst everyone is entitled to an opinion I remain dubious of these reviews.

I have been coming here for many years and the try every time to improve .  They are professionals and know their work very well . The products they use are premium and organic .
