It took me a long time to get my hair how I want it. I’ve had so many hairdressers mess up my hair cut it uneven make my friend really blunt and thick and I came in today and the hairdresser. Courtney really took a time to blend out what previous hairdressers are done and I am leaving feeling more confident. I definitely have a new hairdresser! Thank you so much!xx

My daughter has had her hair cut here three times now  She's autistic and can be non-verbal so wanting to return to any environment speaks volumes about the place, the people and staffs attitude... which is all very positive! She must feel safe and very valued.  She also LOVES her hair! She always asks to get it cut at Red.  Thank you

Had my hair put up and my make up done and I received so many compliments. The staff were all lovely and professional and the salon is modern and bright.

I have been going to Red Hair circa 10 years, the girls at the salon are all so professional and friendly.  The products used are of a high standard, the salon is always extremely clean, Robyn the salon owner takes pride in ensuring all COVID guidelines and regulations are followed. There isn't a hair style or colour these ladies cannot do! Highly recommend! 5*

If you are disabled DONT COME! one particular STYLIST ahem did a great job of wanting me to be felt uncomfortable and leave even though I impressed to her several times iam under controlled medication to control my seizures after a severe stroke left me registered partially sighted and physically unable to walk far being fair I was 10 minutes late but I had to feed a cat that was homeless and as I cannot bend it was no easy feat I had to throw them at the floor so I guess the pigeons got them more! Even so I thought a salon is supposed to be a pleasant experience not intimidated and feel small  in the event I left quietly with tears in my eyes

My daughter was quoted £92 for a cut and blonde baliage treatment.    Attended on Sunday 16th and Shannon the "hairstylist" then proceeded to do blonde colour into her hair, which then didn't correctly take, do was "toned down".     Results are, no baliage that I've ever seen, and can hardly be seen.    Charged £110 at the end of the appointment.    My daughter is extremely upset as had saved up to have this done for some time and doesn't even look any different apart from shorter hair!!!!! Very saddened by the expertise shown, and wonder if this particular hairstylist has any experience of this treatment at all???
