The staff lovely, but I paid £38 for this. I have holes in my hair, the length is not the same. They made me look like a ball. I am genuinely upset, because I got the haircut for filming a project and now I don’t even want to leave my house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Got my hair coloured here back in April, good service. Booked a toner a couple of months later via treatwell. Please note Toner means just toner and wash with TOWEL DRY. No drying with hair dryer. Left the salon with dripping hair. I am usually not a complainer, but the service did not seem worth my money. I appreciate a toner service may not include finish, however this should be made clear on their services menu on treatwell.

I am feeling quite hurt by my experience with this salon. I booked a childrens haircut for 11am via Treatwell and even prepaid. When I turned up I was rudely told that the staff were busy and would not have time for several hours despite seeing that I had a prebooked and prepaid appointment. They were not apologetic about it or kind, they were very rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong for booking an appointment with them and coming at the agreed time. On top of this they looked at my perfectly calm 1 year old toddler and rudely said they wouldnt even do his hair as they are “scared”. This was supposed to be my son’s first haircut and I had really looked forward to this very special occasion. I felt very hurt and disappointed but luckily Ego barber on the same street happily welcomed us and had no issues cutting my son’s hair.  I do not recommend Company Hair Studio Manchester to anyone, especially not via Treatwell as they do not honour the appointments. This experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth which is sad as a babys first haircut is such a special occasion but thanks God the other barber was professional and gave us a good experience. AVOID.

Lauren did my hair today, restyled, did roots and some foils. I was very anxious going for my first time, but she made me feel at ease & did a gt job. Both Aveen & Victoria were absolutely lovely too. I will definitely be going back .

Got a big chop done on my hair today and it looks amazing! They were so friendly as well, can’t recommend enough

Previously had an alright hair cut here but they absolutely ruined my hair the second time. My hair is all uneven lengths not as in layers either , it is absolutely crazy I can't get over how bad it is! They know nothing about types of hair and how to cut them. Actually considering either getting a crop or hair extensions to get rid of the mess they made. Worst hair cut I've had in about 13 years!

They burnt my hair whilst drying it, it was frazzled and smelt very badly of burnt hair and I had to get my hair cut again elsewhere to rectify it. Also refused to give me a refund and told me that it would be the smell of the hairdryer on my hair not that it was burnt. Surely hairdryers only smell of burnt hair if they have been burning hair?

Absolutely class, the staff know what they're doing and instruct on maintenance, all you have to do is ask. Best cut I've ever received, highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and talkative as well so there's no awkwardness.

Lovely salon, friendly atmosphere, Lauren is the best colourist I have ever had she is amazing at what she does

I don't trust any salon that charges £8 just for a fringe trim! Even at Toni & Guy, it's under £5.
