Highly recommend. Here on business. Stayed for two nights. Lovely clean room with comfy bed and massive bath. Food was wonderful. Well kept local ales on tap. Friendly staff.
Super clean, comfortable bed, amazing bath. Breakfast was a let down. Nothing is free all is paid for within the price of room. Would of been nice to have some fresh pasties, muffins etc. Cheap morrisons bread. Bar food was served nice and hot. Soup watery and 1 half slice of thin bread for £5...nice local pie for main shame frozen chips are used as for £14.50 I expected home made chips at least. Only veg on Menu was mashy peas...price of food was expensive, but probably about right for location.
Excellent experience! The Hotel is very clean, the room is very clean with comfortable bed, great bath. The food at the restaurant is great, good prices and great ale. Friendly staff. Definitely I will come back again! Rooms: Good Food & drinks: Great food, good prices
My partner and I stopped in for a lunch at the trooper ,The pub has a lovely selection of local ales from around Hampshire area ,the pub has a good selection of food on the menu.and the manager was really friendly and welcoming.I would recommend booking as the pub gets busyService: 4/5

Popped in for a bit of food which was rather good. Pub classics in the main but well done and they had a lovely local smoked trout and asparagus quiche on too. Not the most inspiring decoration inside but Pots Brewery ales were well kept and very tasty. Prices are reasonable, about standard for the area.
The rooms are beautiful and so clean, really warm comfortable beds and great facilities. The staff are amazing they will do lots to help and assist you with whatever you need! The food in the pub itself is excellent there is a great selection of food including vegan and veggie options. Tried some nice alcohol free drinks too! Highly recommend!

Excellent room, stayed for one night, slight noise from a generator, if you are a light sleeper. Bed comfortable and staff welcoming, inn immaculate throughout. Price of room excellent, food was over priced, and there is no light/simple options, eg sandwiches and WiFi and Data lacking.Rooms: 4/5
