I love their Chicken Katsu Curry and Dragon Tempura rolls. Very well presented my only comment would be to increase the rice portion, it is very little comparing to the chicken portion. Staff are really friendly and nice. I always go back for those dishes
Tasty Japanese restaurant serving authentic Japanese cuisine. It's not that spacious, airy and large but radiates a welcoming and warm vibe where we felt very welcome and enjoyed our dining experience during one lunchtime. Will be returning in the future!
The food is really good here, I had lots of sushi and the chicken katsu curry. I recommend alot and the staff are super nice! Can’t wait to go backFood: 5/5
Some of my friends and I decided to eat at Shinobi Sushi after jogging in hamstead heath for about 2 hours. I had Ebi Fri Katsu prawn, curry, mixed vegy for 7.89 and my friends had Chicken Katsu curry and chicken yakisoba for £7.90 and £6.90 respectively. In fact, most of the menu is below £10 which is always a plus in my book. Service was quick and staff were nice. Definitely coming back soon. Five out of 5 stars.
Excelent good drinks and dessert unfortunately I didn't take any pictures as I was focus on eating but the presentation of the food and the flavour was pretty good, plus the staff are pretty friendly, if you meed a place to eat today deffo come here, Vegetarian options: I didn't take any vegetarian option but they are a lot of veggie option
I wanted to like this place. But. The food is not very good. It's filling, but the quality is not very Japanese. The rice is short grain rice but not what you'd expect from a Japanese restaurant. The sashimi slices are hilariously small, they say it's 3 salmon slices but it's one regular slice further sliced to make 3. The miso soup is so watered down, it tastes like generic broth. It's not entirely bad, but for the price I won't be going back here again.
Pretty rubbish food to be honest. Could make nicer myself. The Chicken Don was very poor.. not fresh, not much flavour, a bit greasy. Some of the sushi was nice - but the prawn, salmon and sashimi was obviously old fish. It doesn't look fresh, it looks rubbery. We didn't even eat it. The sashimi smelled a bit and was a weird texture - not fresh. Bento box was smallish and again none very nice. All the food wasn't very hot either. Would not order from here again and can't really understand the good reviews on here and on Just Eat!
Lovely Japanese restaurant, very quiet and clean. The menu is pretty rich with a lot of choices, both for food and drink. Food was delicious and well placed, also customer service very friendly.
Well what can say. .. for all the dishes we tried only the sashimi salad was nice ... The rest were fine but nothing special to remember. The price was cheap.Food: 3/5
