This was a good chinese take away. Since the staff change it has gone down hill. Have tried it a couple of times since the front desk lady retired but after tonights attempt wont be going back. Food went in the bin.
The food in here is excellent, just cut the lady serving some slack, she's always busy and has to do phone orders and serve the shop at the same time!

Normally its very good, i decided to try item on the menu,what I haven't tried before, a very unwise choice, a thai style chilli duck, it was substandard an terrible i am afraid there was more fat/ skin than meat Sorry guys wont be having that again
Best chinese you can get. Always amazing food without fail. Great staff. Highly recommended
Worst take away experience. Owner was very rude, not helpful at all. When I didn't understand what she was saying she rolled her eyes and start taking in Chinese sure it was something rude. Never going back to again. I would have rates it zero if I could.
My regular one was closed for a week or two last year so we tried this one, it's pretty good and always quick and friendly. The food is great and it doesn't make us drink alot of water at night. I use them once a week now after coming back from work in London my meal is always ready for me to pick up.
Very Friendly staff and delicious food, full of flavour and not saturated in grease. Portion sizes are good and meat to sauce ratio is good. I particularly love the grilled dumplings.
In the 15 years I've been using Sheung Moon, I have never had a bad meal. Good portion sizes, fresh, hot. It really is a 5 star establishment.
