My husband and I, both in our 80’s, cannot praise these caring, polite and professional people enough. From the moment we went to reception there was immediate help and kindness. Our booster vaccinations were given and the kindly nurse even wheeled my husband to our car. Thank you. You are a credit to your NHS.
Emergency appointment on a Sunday morning after a night of agony. Excellent service from call centre to receptionist and dental team. The dentist went above and beyond to help me and resolved my problem in the same visit. One happy customer. Would highly recommend

Absolutely shocking today at Rochester Health Centre for Covid Vaccination although it was perfect previously. Walk-ins -v- appointments so now those who made an appointment are waiting over an hour. So now I've had to explain to my workplace why I'm still waiting with my 86 year old mother and not at work!
Went down today to get my 11 year old daughters covid jab today The ladies were lovely and friendly until she went for her injection and the lady that was due to give her injection started shouting at my daughter telling her she was rude and not to disrespect her and to answer her when she spoke to her she made my daughter cry as if she wasn’t scared enough already, Bearing in mind my daughter was speaking quietly as was very nervous about getting her first ever jab The lady was rude loud and shouting . So we got up to walk out my husband went to complain and then a lovely nurse came along and got myself and my daughter to come back in and have her jab , Overall not the greatest experience for my daughters first injection With many more to come at school
Have to bring my 88 yr old dad twice a week for leg ulcer clinic and would like to praise the very pleasant , helpful receptionists and the staff treating him who are always very kind.
Went here last night for the emergency dentist, this place is very clean and comfortable and receptionist friendly and welcoming, the dentist and her assistant are angels, I’m a very nervous patient and they help massively. They we're compassionate and their friendliness put me at ease, very quick procedure and I was no longer in pain. Best nights sleep ever! Thank you lady’s
This is how an NHS hospital should be. Free parking, & a clean building. Reception staff were pleasant & helpful. The nurse in the dermatology department was again friendly & knowledgeable. The surgeon was fantastic he explained everything he would be doing & did a great job.
Just attended for Covid jab. Excellent reception and the process ran like clockwork with friendly and efficient staff. Pity about the awful car-parking though. Spaces so narrow that great difficulty, especially for the elderly and infirm, to get in and out of cars when doors can only open about one foot!
