very disappointed and be careful!! I work at a freight forwarding company and asked air freight quote from them . They gave me a very competitive quote so I chose them to transport my cargo. However, they did not tell me that the next available flight for my cargo is after 20 days until they picked up my cargo from the shipper. Before confirming their rate, I had quotes from different companies which they told me the space is very limited and there will be some wait just after gave me quotes. DB Schenker says they couldn't possibly tell me that before picking up my cargo. So I had to send another agent to pick up my cargo from them and ship it for almost as the same rate but on much sooner flight. So make sure you ask them the next available spot when you get the quote.
I am being chased for a payment of import while never importing anything, I have responded to Bhavik Dave 3 times now, he just ignores my emails and send me demands, never gave them my details either, extremely unprofessional company. Stay away.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
1h documentation. First problem find a name from inside that is for your load, 2h to find it and tell it. New problem now the load is not ready. From 12 o'clock you must wait until 16. Ok but...17:39 ask and you take magnificent answer o no is not ready and I don't know when will be!!! This is the most perfect Logistik center for waisting whole day in a yard for nothing .if you are looking for this highly recommend
Your freight is safe. Handled by Very experienced staff with can-do attitude blended with flexible approach to work demand and customer oriented service.
No communication between the staff and lorry drivers. Left sitting almost 4 hours and told load not ready. No estimation on time. Forklift drivers also driving round the yard whilst using their mobile phones.
Nice afternoon wasted on my day off waiting for a delivery to arrive spoke to some one says will be around 15:30.. called at 17:00 and apparently its due out tomorrow. Not impressed with Schenker or QTR transport! now an hour drive back home for no reason.
I love this company! The people working there know what are they doing. They are fully committed to the task and willing to provide the best service possible. Service is always quick. Highly recommend!
If delivering chilled or frozen goods then prepare for a blind side reverse with not a lot of room to straighten your truck up, can be very busy yard at times.

So so so slow what a waste of time time it took me 45 minutes to find somebody to give me give them my collection ticket and then 10 minutes later I was told that the gentleman who was loading me has gone to lunch for 1 hour . Part 2 this place just gets worse and worse and worse I was the only lorry in the place and it's still took them an hour to get for pallets if you're in a rush come at 5:30 when they're shut
