Not professional at all.Stay away if you care about your hard earned money.Such a bad experience with them.Gave me bad advice, did not look after my best interest at all, only managed to get more money out of me unnecessarily.When I finally realised they are not helping me , but doing damage and charging me too much when my matter was simple and straightforward, and should have been clear to them from the start, I was furious. Trusted them as the professionals I thought they were, they did not take responsibility , and barely acknowledged that I was right. Luckily I realised (finally) that they are rubbish and do not care about you unless you are a big business, I got rid of them, after spending too much without having too! .Lesson learned! don't trust, shop around, they are plenty of accountants out there.Find a decent one with reasonable fees that handle your business with repeat, weather it's big or small. Take more than one's advice and opinion. Sorely disappointed with these guys.
