I'm an Ex-patriot, living in the UK for 26 years now. Last year I hired Jaffe & Co to help me with my US tax reporting. They have done an outstanding job for me.! They helped me at every step of the way to negotiate through the mad complexities of US tax reporting on two occasions. The result is my sanity has been kept intact and my anxieties abated because I know my reporting has been done thoroughly, correctly and within tight time parameters. They have proven themselves to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional and clear in their instructions and processes throughout. One really great thing about them has been that I have always been able to talk to someone over the phone who could answer my questions. Indeed, all the staff I've had communications with have been very polite, well informed and able to deal with or answer my questions to immediate effect, and Daniel Jaffe has always returned my calls at the agreed times, and been generous with his time when we have spoken. I rate them 100% for great service, value-for-money and customer care. I wish I'd known about them sooner!

I recently moved my tax services to Jaffe & Co and they have been fantastic. They immediately discovered the dis-service I had been receiving by my previous tax adviser and were very responsive and helpful in solving it and getting me a refund from the IRS. I am very glad I found them and moved by business.

Great service, professional and competent. Have used them for second tax year in a row and will use again in future. Fair and transparent and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Complete waste of time. I'm was a potential new client, that has got a simple tax related query and was told that someone would ring me back this afternoon at a specific time. I then get a one line email saying that they cannot help, with no explanation whatsoever. I thought you were meant to be professional accountants focusing on American tax issues, which is why I contacted you in the first place.

I was so pleased I found this firm to help me sort out my US Taxes. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and also very approachable. I can highly recommend them.
