Considering that people calling in are potentially faced with homelessness, Truro needs to seriously address the cold and brittle attitude of their immediate customer service. Whoever it was answering the phone at 9.45 on the morning of Tuesday 11th July, I was seeking reassurance. Only being able to give legal advice is not an excuse for being rude. I would have felt more reassured had I not called at all.
