Recently went for a test here, the lady was nice enough however rude to my dad which was disappointing?!  but the man was unbelievably rude and dismissive, it was a thoroughly unenjoyable experience from the offset- disappointing considering the importance of the exam I was taking, which I can confidently admit considering I visited Penzance’s centre for an exam later on that month and they were nothing less than brilliant. Pearson need to seriously consider their current employees as the prior reviews also suggest!!

Absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Just what your need when doing a test! Must have had a change in staff since the bad reviews.

Rude arrogant jumped up power tripping man by the name of Adrian, showing people up & humiliating them !! NOT ALL DISABILITIES ARE VISABLE you vile creature! Covid rules they have there own so if you've had an email stating personal choice from 19th of July well im afraid Adrian has his own rules! He also bends the rules for favourites shows people up to take there jackets off but not for everyone yeah ok Adrian!!!

Originally sent me an email stating my test was today and then sent a different email which I didn’t see stating that it had moved to yesterday, now can’t get booked in until September. The people were extremely unhelpful and rude and could see I was clearly stressed

Came for a test with my daughter 30 mins ago and noone there to open the door in the pouring rain. Daughter has missed her test slot and is soaked!

Brought my son to sit his theory, was told he wasn't  booked in even though we have booking number, tried contacting the centre by phone and keep getting cut off..

disgusted to see that the the rude man every one is referencing too on these reviews has actually given himself a 5 star review this just proves what a weird rude man he actually is

Extremely unhappy with the service at reception and I strongly recommend using an alternative test centre.

Very poor quality testing staff need to do there job better than they have been at the end of the day we are paying your wages and not getting the services we're all paying for
