Absolutely disgusting, appalling service, corruption and money laundering everywhere.

I have a carer writing this. my experience with this council have left me shocked, disgusted, appalled at the knowledge base they don;t have. I even sent in literature for the social worker to ensure she knew the law. Complaints fall on deaf ears. they are rude, seem lacking in showng humanity, and as i was told it all cones down to "pound, shilling and pence'. im actually going to stop now as i dont want to be identified if it changes the care i receive.
