I want to say a big thank you to Shukhri the forecourt attendant who helped me with my tyres today. He sorted them out for me in less than 10 minutes so I did not incur fines others mentioned for overstaying. What a friendly and helpful man! As a female driver who is not that confident with cars I think having friendly attendants to assist is a great idea! Would be good to see more of these! Shukhri certainly deserves a pat on back or even a bonus!

I revived 100£ fine for staying over 20 minutes in petrol station because I was washing the car 3 times because the washing machine wasn't working properly. Worst services ever seen

I am a cab driver...so I stopped ..I refuelled made some shoppings...I stopped to eat something...in total around £120...
Guess what...£100 fine for staying 46 minutes instead of 20...I refuelled there for so many times...never had problems...but now, I also made some shopings and bought some food...NOT RECOMMENDED...I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON SHELL MANAGEMENT...I USE AROUND £300/WEEK...I ALWAYS DID SHELL...NEVER AGAIN FROM NOW ON...SLOWLY YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS...I WILL BE VERY HAPPY THEN...MAYBE YOU WILL REALISE WHAT IS HAPPENING THEN!!!

Absolutely dreadful. Stopped on way home from long journey to get petrol. Felt very sick and rested in my car until the nausea had passed. three weeks later I receive a letter from Euro Car Parks fining me £100 for having parked for too long.

Very poor service and no signage seen about parking restrictions.  Just got home to a £120 fine. Distraught
