Ultimate diesel pump is not working. I have to press 30 times to get to know it’s not working. The staff member is not helpful at all. The staff member accepted that the previous customer also complained about it so no one ready to fix the problem wasted my time.
Disappointing to say the least! Customer service woman was extremely condescending when asked about coffee. nThe toilet room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY PUTRID to the point if the sight and smell made me dry reach. Yes, I did decide to hang on rather than go. Upon telling the woman that perhaps one if the many men that worked there may like to perhaps check on the state of the toilet, she was quick to snap that she knew about it and all before I had finished my sentence. She's amazing ... she's rude and she's a mind reader! nAdvice: get fuel and coffee somewhere else!

Awful, I received a £170.00 charge 3 months after I was visiting the garage with no evidence. On that day I dropped my relatives at the airport. I need it petrol and some stretch. I am from the South West, it is a long journey. My mind was focusing on the traffic, I didn’t noticed the sign. What kind of world are we living that you can’t have a rest on the petrol station or you need to bring the magnifying glass to read all the parking small print. I am not even sure that the claim is accurate.
Just received a £100 parking fine from Euro Car Parks for staying more than 30 minutes at this petrol station. I get it, they don't want people to use the station as a way of avoiding drop off charges at the airport but a £100 fine is blatant robbery - especially as I had filled up my car and bought food from the shop.nnMy advice is to avoid this station and others in the immediate location and go instead to the Tesco station about two miles away at Hookwood. Reasonably priced fuel and three hours free parking at the Tesco Store opposite.
