The manager were so rude I should got my discount never got it very rude n bad customer service

Its been 3 consecutive days that the toilets are out of service. Not acceptable at all.

The service here is terrible. I normally use shell but I will be avoiding this place from now on. The bays are way too small you can get stuck in here when it's busy. The guy behind the counter is rude not what I expect when I spend nearly £100 here every fornight. The vacuum is useless and after paying to use it, the cashier refused to refund me or assist, so I will be using other garages on my commute home, which there is plenty of choice.

Don’t use the car wash at shell garages and don’t trust this company. My back windscreen wiper was ripped off in the car wash. I was told my the employee that it is not the 1st time. I put in my complaint / claim and was asked to get 2 quotes, which I did. Now Shell complaints team have stopped responding and are ignoring my emails. I am getting no response!

Firstly the petrol is on average 10p a litre more here than anywhere I could see. Car Vac 90% of the time out of use. Car wash 60% of the time out of use.
