Absolutely poor service. Older lady at the desk refused to serve me. Asked me to wait 45 minutes for the manager who was apparently on lunch. Appalling service, when I walked up to counter to be served, made rude comments to me. I will be moving banks completely due to this service. No respect for customers. Will move to Lloyds or NatWest in Woking as they treat customers with respect.
