Under staffed, slow service, cold food and a lot of confusion! Unfortunately my food was sent back due to being very over cooked. Staff forgot to bring my second meal so my family were ready to leave while I was sat there hungry :( when my food finally arrived it was cold and they had given me the wrong sauce. That was another long wait for it to come back, it was only the same sauce but more gooey from the hot plate! Once the correct sauce had come to the table I was well and truly put off! My mum put the meat in a tissue for our dog who waited ages for us to come home. Not to mention the fillet steak wasn’t worth the money, all four of us had dodgy cuts! Also during our visit there was gardener walking back and forth in flip flops with plants and soil. Then multiple women in short dressed going up a private staircase situated right next to our table...???? Was the weirdest restaurant experience and worst steak I have ever had indeed!

Absolutely love having breakfast in a Cafe Rouge . Great friendly staff. Hot breakfast and a great cup of tea. The decor is clean and tidy .

I go here regularly, I love this place, it's child friendly (Childs menu, crayons etc) and the staff are friendly and service is great. I sit in the back garden area on warmer days with my children with a coffee and Ice-cream for my daughter. Food is great too. Definitely recommend it.

Cafe Rouge is always a good place to visit but this one in Woking is particularly nice. We visited for a special occasion and had a tiny baby with us. The staff were wonderful, the food was very good and the venue very welcoming. I will go back.
